On 23 October at 3 p.m. it's Taste & Talk again with Weingut Axel Bauer from Baden. After the great success in spring, the MOD winemakers invite you to the second LIVE event, in which they present their new vintages, precise expertise in quality and their favourite wines to the trade and gastronomy.
Time as the most important factor for winemaking
A new star is rising in the firmament of the Baden wine world, the Axel Bauer winery. Torsten Klein, responsible for the vineyard and cellar, and Axel Bauer are looking for intensive interaction with the terroir and the typicality of the Ortenau. Each wine is checked weekly in the barrel. The white wines are left on the lees for 8 to 12 months to properly develop the aromas. The red wines are left to rest and mature slowly. Time is the most important factor here!
