On 21 October at 1.30 pm it's Taste & Talk again with Weingut Strub from Rheinhessen. After the great success in spring, the MOD winemakers invite you to the second LIVE event, where they will present their new vintages, precise expertise in quality and their favourite wines to the trade and gastronomy.
The Riesling at the centre of attention
He spent a long time "hanging around" abroad before joining his parents' business. He sees himself as a cosmopolitan who is nevertheless firmly anchored to the Rhine and connected to the unique red slate. He is an ambassador for his homeland, a purist when it comes to Riesling. He wants you to taste the stone in the wine, to literally feel it and understand it. His goal is to harvest the highest possible quality and to be able to pour pure wine for his customers.
