The Palatinate is one of the most creative and diverse wine-growing regions in Germany. In addition to classic grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, many winemakers today are also experimenting with international grape varieties. Thus, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and even Syrah have made their way into the wine landscape and are enjoying increasing popularity. Likewise, exotic varieties such as Viognier, Chenin Blanc, and other exciting grape varieties are becoming more common today.
Few wineries master this range as skillfully as the Oliver Zeter winery in Neustadt. With a sense of touch and respect for the Palatinate terroir, Oliver Zeter combines French grape varieties with German stylistics – his wines are unique and have been setting standards for these "exotics" in German viticulture for years.
See for yourself! On Thursday, February 20, 2025, we welcome winery ambassador Robin Spitz, who will present a selection from the Oliver Zeter range. The tasting will take place in our gatehouse, accompanied by small snacks.
It starts at 7:30 PM, and the participation fee is €60 per person. The price includes all wines, accompanying snacks, mineral water, and a merchandise voucher worth €30, which you can redeem for all wines from Oliver Zeter.
