"On a discovery tour: The new Bordeaux", with Tina Heidelberg

You should definitely get to know the 20 Bordeaux wines in the "Undiscovered Selection". Because there has never been a wine selection like this before! According to their producers, these wines are not yet available from any retailer in Germany. This wine selection therefore complements the classic, established Bordeaux Top 50 selection with wines from at least one German source. In a spring tasting of 80 wines of all colours and styles submitted, these Bordeaux wines impressed the expert jury headed by Wein+Markt the most.

Not only a change in oenology, but also the next generation of winemakers and estate owners are giving Bordeaux a completely different face today. This is another reason why the region stands for great red wines. Bordeaux also makes a name for itself in white or rosé, and very strongly as a crémant.
