For the first time at ProWein, the VDP Prädikat Wine Estates invite you to the dialogue Origin - Future - Sustainability. Under the motto "Origin shapes", renowned winegrowers from Europe will shed light on the past and present of their regional classification of origin. On the subject of viticulture of the future, international speakers will address the questions: Climate change and organic viticulture - the solution? Or: Can regenerative viticulture preserve the vineyard ecosystem?
