Exclusively for us, the Casino in Uerdingen opens its doors. None other than David Freitag - known as the sous-chef of Yves Chopelin - will be at the stove and wielding the cooking spoons for us.
...and perhaps we may also have the pleasure of welcoming Yves Chopelin "very privately" as a guest on one of the days. ;-)
