The casino in Uerdingen is opening its doors exclusively for us. None other than David Freitag - known as Yves Chopelin's head chef for many years - will be at the cooker for us, wielding the wooden spoons....and perhaps we will be able to welcome Yves Chopelin as a "very private" guest on one of the days, if he is not travelling again....
