The main topic in the silver course will be the model wine country France, together with the Romanesque-influenced wine cultures of the Iberian Peninsula Spain and Portugal. The second core topic is sensory analysis in its many facets, especially in its supreme discipline of "food and wine". Other special topics of detailed sensory competence include "chocolate and wine", "coffee and tea".
