As an author and coach, H. Wörner offers an insight into the most important aspects of the nutritional value of life energy in food and in nature. This is because it can be used to strengthen the well-being of body, mind and soul.
For a better understanding, light effects are used to show what happens to the energetic wines and how sensory perception changes. Let yourself be surprised.
