The aim of the examination is to provide proof of qualification as a Certified Sommelier IHK / Certified Sommelière IHK and thus in particular knowledge of national and international wines and spirits, business management contexts and sales-relevant activities in connection with wine offers in gastronomy and / or in the wine trade.
Admission requirements
Relevant vocational training with at least one year's work experience; successfully completed vocational training in another recognised training occupation with at least two years' work experience or 5 years' work experience in the catering, hotel or specialist trade.
Dates
18. March 2024 to 21 August 2024 | 33 teaching days (attendance days usually Monday & Tuesday) | IHK examinations in September and November 2024

6.500,00 € plus 640,00 € IHK examination fees
