19 winegrowers meet with 60 opinion leaders, wine buyers, sommeliers and specialist wine merchants to taste wines together, get to know each other, make new contacts, discover good wines and exchange ideas with colleagues.
The event kicks off with a glass of sparkling wine and canapés at the reception.
This is followed by a masterclass in which the winemakers present their marketing strategies and ideas for the changing wine market.
Trends such as light in alcohol and wines for the barbecue season as well as the increasing demand for high-quality rosé wine will be discussed.
The event will end with an open wine bar and finger food, where over 70 wines from MODERN:IST winegrowers can be tasted.
