Another vintage has found its way from the vine to the bottle via the hands of our winemakers. Our winegrowing families know every vine in their vineyards. Observe every single one of them, follow the development of the vineyards with heart and soul day by day, know the requirements and processes during the wine year - and yet every year everything is different. Besides the years of experience of our winegrowing families, a good hand and healthy vines, viticulture is above all: nature. And since nature presents us with new challenges every year with different climatic conditions and weather, we read new, unique wines every year. On this evening, we will taste 15 wines from the new 2019 vintage and learn about their nuances and expressions together with our cellar master. We will learn about the challenges the winemakers faced and what is special about the wines from the 2019 vintage and also about our cooperative. We will serve Franconian tapas to go with the wine.
