In our experience distillery we organise a relaxed wine tasting with interesting wines from the organic scene. The culinary highlight is the pomace meat from our own organic beef!
Wolfgang Maffert presents the wines of two organic winegrowers (Wg. Schwarztrauber and Wg. acid) from the Palatinate and two organic co-operatives from Spain. The tasting will be accompanied by a 3-course menu from our kitchen.
1) Tarte flambée variations
2) Pomace meat from the still with rosemary potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables
alternatively: Feta cheese with the same side dishes
