"Riesling - the queen of the white grape varieties" Tasting hour approx. 3 hrs.
It is the undisputed queen and shows many faces. We never get bored with it, because it has so much to offer. In the seminar you will gain profound knowledge about this grape variety, the wine styles and much more. You will train your senses on the smelling course and taste 7 wines.
You will get to know the many facets of Riesling. We will taste German premium Rieslings from VDP wineries (Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter). You will train your taste buds with three Rieslings from dry to residual sweet and your sense of smell with the different terroir and age of the other wines. The culmination of the seminar is a Riesling "Großes Gewächs". You can look forward to the aromatic diversity of this noble grape variety. While tasting together, you will receive professional guidance that you can also use at home.
The seminar lasts about 3 hours. The price includes the lecture, an aperitif, 7 tasting wines (tasting sips), baguette with small cheese snacks and water. We are a small group of max. 8 people. Participation from 18 years.
