The "Grande Nation" offers cheese and wine in endless varieties. Let yourself be carried away and taste eight different cheeses made from cow's, sheep's and goat's milk at this seminar, exclusively French and mostly raw milk cheeses.
Discover new cheeses and wines and experience how enjoyable the right combination can be.

We taste two wines together with each cheese and describe and evaluate the combination and flavour effect of cheese and wine on each other.

The wines (white and red) come from European wine-growing regions with a focus on France. We also compare cheeses made from pasteurised and raw milk and work out the rules for combining cheese and wine in an enjoyable way. The extensive and exciting tasting is complemented by interesting facts about cheese and wine.

Seminar objective: familiarising yourself with the rules for combining cheese and wine, discovering your own preferences and perceptions, an enjoyable evening.

Target group: Lovers of and those interested in cheese and wine, with or without previous knowledge. Maximum 15 people

Services: Seminar with tasting of eight types of cheese in combination with two wines each (7-10 different wines), 0.75 litres of mineral water per person, bread, seminar documents.
