In April, the wines of the Söllner organic winery from the Austrian growing region of Wagram are on the programme.
The Söllner winery has been producing the typical wines of the Wagram - Grüner Veltliner, Roter Veltliner, Zweigelt, Riesling - with biodynamic methods and at a top quality level for a good 20 years now. Even the basic wines are in a class of their own, the selections - especially the 'Irden' wines aged in earthenware barrels - are among the best in the growing region.
