The Enoteca cellar tour in April takes us to the very north of Italy, to South Tyrol. South Tyrol is certainly the Italian region that has seen the steepest development in terms of quality over the last 20 years. Where previously large quantities of inferior Kalterersee and the like were produced almost exclusively, you can now get world-class wines - if you can get them. Some wines, such as the white wines from the Terlan winery, are now so sought-after that they are allocated - in extremely limited quantities - to the merchants. The April cellar tour offers the opportunity to get to know a selection of these top wines.
