The relaxed and popular wine seminar. Learn the basics of wine language in a fun way. Lecker, schmeckt mir, mog i net is often the so-called simple "wine talk", but there is more to say about the flavourful stimuli caused by wine. We look beyond the verbal horizon with you and expand your vocabulary. Juicy acidity, pronounced sweetness or fine-grained tannin will become your own vocabulary. Everything becomes comprehensible through the senses. We accompany the tasting with modern wines.
What you can expect:
- Seminar starts at 7.00 pm, Kaflerstr. 15, Volkhardts Bistro
- Duration approx. 3 hours
- 7 wines, still water, bread, vegetarian and seasonal snacks during breaks
- Seminar led by a sommelier
