Winemaker flirt with the Schembs Winery

Do wines from large bottles really taste different from those from normal bottles? According to all studies, this is true because the ratio of volume to surface area is different for the different bottle sizes. In the case of 3-litre bottles, this leads to a slower ageing process, among other things. We want to taste together with you how exactly these factors influence the taste. Wines in 0.75l, 1.5l and 3l bottles, from the same vintage, from the same wine from the Schembs winery will be tasted. Arno Schembs will be there in person to lead the tasting.
