Testing
The examination on the afternoon of the last day of the course is part of the course. It is divided into three partial exams
- Wine knowledge in a multiple-choice test with 50 questions
- Wine knowledge with freely formulated short answers on 4 topics
- Tasting competence in a blind tasting with a technical wine description according to the
Wine description according to the WSET® scheme.
The test is administered by WSET® accredited examiners. The tests are evaluated by WSET®Awards in London. The examination regulations can be downloaded here as a PDF. Successful completion of the examination is a prerequisite for WSET® Diploma study.
