Walk with us through the springtime vineyards and taste the sparkling wine where it originated.
In the midst of our wine and cultural landscape, you will learn all about the work in the vineyards, the vinification and the refinement to sparkling wine. After the hike, we return to the winery for a snack and serve you a winegrower's platter in the manor house. The wine shop is open after the hike for tasting and shopping.
