Unusual champagnes that you should try at least once!
Vincent's wines are unusual and the quantities available are small. In addition to the single-varietal champagnes made from the three main grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, he is one of the few winemakers to produce a champagne from all seven authorised grape varieties. We think this is worth a tasting of its own.
