A total of 80 exhibitors, all of them selected local gourmet artisans as well as many small manufactories and traders from all over Europe, will show their choice delicacies at a culinary salon in a class of its own: artisan products with a philosophy and history, high-quality delicacies made with a lot of passion and new innovative concepts that have not yet been seen on the German market
Kerstin Uhlenbusch, herself the owner of a delicatessen for 16 years, knows the needs of the market and its serious changes. She travels all over Germany and Europe in search of good products and new trends and innovations. She is now presenting her discoveries for the first time in Bad Kissingen to other traders and restaurateurs who share her passion for good food and are also uncompromising when it comes to quality. She was able to win over not only the most important wholesalers in the industry for her idea, but also partners such as Falstaff magazine, Tiepoli magazine, Stölzle Lausitz and Selters mineral water
"More and more people are discovering their good taste and are focusing on artisan products made from the best ingredients in their diet," deli organiser Uhlenbusch knows. "The trend started in the metropolises and big cities, but small innovative shops with well-made breads, German raw milk cheese or jams made exclusively from ripe fruits with little sugar have long been springing up all over Germany."
Just as important as the product selection for the passionate deli trader is the exchange with colleagues and experts. In addition to top-class speakers on the topic of "The right water for wine", among others, there will also be specialist presentations on the trendy topic of influencer marketing, among other things, so that visitors and exhibitors can take valuable knowledge input home with them.
