The start of the spice route was once in Portugal, where today the most beautiful wines are grown, grape varieties, cultivation methods and taste explosions that are unique. Because Portugal offers much more than port wine, together we will enjoy the most beautiful wines and the spices that have come to us via this route.
Today we have the classics that many people already know, such as Vinho Verde and Port, but in between there are still lots of exciting and innovative things to discover. We are unique in Portugal in that we only work with family wineries. Here we go on a voyage of discovery. With us are the most beautiful spices that once came to Portugal via the trade route. We have reinterpreted them and we are expecting taste explosions such as apple puree with olive oil and ajwain, which goes wonderfully with fried black pudding, because we select the wines and we cook finely tuned to the aromas and characteristics of the wine, let us surprise you with our aroma delicacies, which are guaranteed to be a treat for everyone. In the course of the evening, we open our special treasure chest of "interesting facts" and tell little stories about wineries and winegrowers, cultivation and development.
Our wine theme evenings take place with a minimum of 12 people, we do not want more than 14 people, this was also the wish of our customers, because this way it is possible to ask questions in an informal way, let yourself go and immerse yourself in an exclusive atmosphere and enjoy the evening in a small group.
