We connect with the forces of nature in the vineyard, enjoy the high chi in the vineyards, cleanse and vitalise our chakras and strengthen our well-being for body, mind and soul.
Practical exercises from the health guide from Spurbuchverlag "Nährwert Lebensenergie für Ihr gesundes Sein" (Nourishing Life Energy for Your Healthy Being) allow us to perceive all our senses with joy and love.

Finally, our palate is delighted with Cosmo wine rosé, white and red. We also serve some cheese specialities from local farmers, fruit and vegetables and cold-pressed grape seed oil.
You are also welcome to enjoy the "Chocolate & Wine" theme - we let a balsamic praline melt in your mouth to go with the red wine.

including wine tasting* 2 x 5 cl, snacks and water as well as 1 bottle of wine to take home
* Wine serves as a tool for our awareness work - wine does not have to be drunk. It is a special experience even without consumption.
If the weather is so bad that we cannot go out into nature, we will alternatively spend pleasant hours in the castle ambience, which will strengthen our well-being (possibly with archery, sensory perceptions in the vaulted cellar and much more).
On hot summer days, the vineyard hut and walnut trees on the vineyard offer shady spots - plenty of refreshment will be provided.
