The modular wine seminars for wine connoisseurs are rich in experience and knowledge. If you enjoy wine, want to broaden your understanding of wine and learn with like-minded wine lovers, this is the right place for you. A certificate documents the knowledge after passing the exam.
Module three strengthens your senses and understanding in food and wine sensory.
On the first day, the focus is on enjoyment. After a four-hour theoretical introduction, we visit Hans Stefan Steinheuer in his country inn Poststuben. Discuss the harmony of food and wine with your seminar colleagues. Four courses with three corresponding wines each await you.
On the second day, you will get to know the most important grape varieties, vinification styles, climate and soil of the New World. Australia & New Zealand, Chile & Argentina as well as South Africa and California are on the programme. An intensive day accompanied by excellent wines.
The final exam to become a wine connoisseur is scheduled for participants who have taken and passed all the intermediate tests. Participants who do not wish to take the exam will receive a certificate of participation.
