A short journey through Istra and Vojvodina

In this seminar, we will introduce you to the regions of Istria (Croatia, Slovenia) and Vojovodina (Serbia) in terms of flavour, as well as musically, visually and, above all, emotionally. You will be introduced to four white wines and four red wines from Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia. We will also serve a pijat = plate with all kinds of Croatian delicacies from Istria to Međimurje and Slavonia. Air-dried ham meets kulen from Baranja (cured and smoked paprika sausage) and "Špek" spread from the north. Accompanied by goat's, sheep's and cow's cheese and the finest Istrian olive oil. A treat for all the senses. With this in mind: Živjeli - to life!
