Champagne Specialist (CIVC)

The first step is for all participants to complete the online MOOC on the Comité Champagne website (https://www.champagne-mooc.com/). The MOOC is free of charge and freely available online to all participants. The MOOC is only available in English. You should plan about 7 hours of self-study for the MOOC. After successfully completing the MOOC, you will receive a certificate which you can print out yourself. This certificate is a prerequisite for attending the two-day face-to-face course at the Gastronomic Training Centre. The compact seminar, supported by the renowned Comité Champagne, offers a comprehensive training programme that focuses intensively on practical workshops and tastings. Whether you are already working in the diverse wine and spirits industry or are a newcomer, this certification will deepen your understanding and love of Champagne.
