In our estate kitchen, Annette will once again be preparing the popular Palatinate wild boar from our own hunt into culinary delicacies. In addition to a savoury game burger or the Mont Donnerre Vesperteller, you can also look forward to a vegetarian ratatouille, traditional bung cheese, summer desserts, coffee and cake and sparkling spritzers.
On Saturday at 3 pm, our tour guide Beate Hess will take you to the historic Dalsheimer Fleckenmauer dating back to the 15th century. Duration approx. 1.5 hours. Please book in advance!
On Sunday at 3 pm, Astrid will guide you through the wooden barrel cellar and introduce you to the winery! Please book in advance!
