We, Sauerweins Weingut and Wolfgang Fusenig, cheese sommelier and engineer for the milk and dairy industry, offer you the opportunity to taste exclusively compiled, large-region cheese specialities in correspondence with a selection of wines perfectly matched to these cheeses.
