Together with the team from Soulfood Kitchen and Reisers Genussmanufaktur, we present our vegetarian, regional and seasonal organic spring menu.
At 7 pm each evening, we present our vegetarian regional and seasonal menu in 4 courses plus starter with 8 corresponding wines.
This year we have once again been able to win over the team from Soulfood Kitchen and Reisers Genussmanufaktur for the menu and look forward to celebrating spring with you with exquisite food and excellent wines.

We invite you to indulge yourself and do something good for people and the environment at the same time! A seasonal, regional diet with organic products is our basis for living in and with nature, and we want to share this with you! The energy of spring is in all the plants we can eat.
