The wines of the Iberian Peninsula

Geographically, Portugal and Spain share a peninsula, but when it comes to wine, they are two different worlds. The long and historic winemaking tradition of both countries still offers wine styles that have been able to resist any flavour trends for decades. Traditional wines such as Rioja or Sherry, Madeira or Port are particularly great. Spain favours a few grape varieties, large vineyards and long maturation of the wines. Portugal, on the other hand, with its many indigenous grape varieties, is more of an insider tip among the wine nations. We want to introduce you to both well-known and unknown regions from both countries. Tradition and modernity alternate on the palate on this evening and are sure to provide surprises.
We will taste around 10 different wines and you will be provided with table water, bread and a tasty snack with cheese and Serano ham during the break.
