Sparkling, fruity to noble sweet - try white wines for the summer and the rest of the year!
In recent years, new techniques have significantly improved the quality of white wines, especially in the lesser-known growing regions. We explore these changes and taste ten very different white wines.
We take the samples on a journey through the most important wine-growing regions and the most important grape varieties. In addition to the classics, we also taste some lesser-known varieties. We will look at the production of white wine and the quality classifications. There will also be an opportunity to ask further questions about wine.
Seminar objective: To deepen our knowledge of the origins and special features of white wine, familiarise ourselves with important grape varieties and growing countries
